What's included in the managed server price?
Every managed server includes OS-level management, security patching, monitoring and alerting, automated backups, and incident response. You get a fully managed Linux or Windows server without needing to hire a sysadmin.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can scale up by adding servers or scale down at the end of any billing cycle. Enterprise contracts offer discounts for annual commitments.
What AWS regions do you support?
We currently support US East (N. Virginia, Ohio), US West (Oregon, N. California), and EU West (Ireland, Frankfurt). Additional regions are available on Enterprise plans.
How does the 99.9% uptime SLA work?
Our SLA covers the infrastructure we manage. If we miss the target in any billing month, you receive a service credit. Professional plans guarantee 99.9%, Enterprise plans guarantee 99.99%.
Do I keep access to my AWS account?
Absolutely. It's your account and your infrastructure. We operate through a dedicated IAM role with the minimum permissions needed. You retain full ownership and root access at all times.
What happens if there's an incident at 3 AM?
Our monitoring catches it automatically. For Professional and Enterprise plans, our on-call engineer is paged and responds within 15 minutes. Starter plans receive email alerts with next-business-day response.
Can you migrate my existing infrastructure?
Yes. Our AWS Foundation Setup ($950 one-time) covers a full audit of your current environment and a migration plan. Application deployments are handled separately based on complexity.
Do you work with other cloud providers?
We're AWS specialists. That focus is intentional. Rather than being mediocre across three clouds, we go deep on one. If you need Azure or GCP, our sister brand DataOps Group handles multi-cloud consulting.
